Hey, thanks for visiting the site. I'm currently living in Shageluk, AK!! Look it up. It is a small native village near the Yukon River. I'll be teaching here for the year, maybe longer, so you won't find me doing any gigs any time soon!! I'll be back in the North Eastern U.S. in late May. I hope to see you then!!

Until then, here's a little of what I've been up to!!

Shawn Mercer & his band the Boondock Blues Band are making a name for themselves in Maine and the rest of New England. They've recently opened for acts such as Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, James McMurtry & the Heartless Bastards, Sarah Borges & the Broken Singles, and Shemekia Copeland. Shows are now being booked in support of the new album. Check the calendar page to find dates near you.
